Our Mission
MCPP’s central mission is to create an environment that motivates people, creates teamwork and encourages close collaboration with our customer and suppliers. This mission is achieved by MCPP maintaining strong investments in the development of our people and their global collaboration.
Ownership
MCPP is wholly owned by, but independently operated from, Mitsubishi Chemical Holdings Corporation (MCHC).
MCHC, with over 68,000 employees, has its origins in the design and production of feedstock raw materials. Based upon this background, MCPP began its journey to become a specialist in the compounding of performance polymers.
MCPP’s performance polymers business has doubled in size over the past 5 years due to the organic growth with our customers as well as numerous positive acquisitions. This has allowed us to expand our product portfolio, global reach and create an exceptional team of 1000+ dedicated employees.
Today, MCPP operates a global network of 24 sites in 15 nations. MCPP’s manufacturing plants, R&D and Sales & Technical support centers are focused on offering local and/or global product solutions that fit the requirements of our customers’ applications. We offer the broadest portfolio of performance polymers product technologies and work closely with our customers to deliver the technology that best meets their needs.
